Structure and Components
A typical stainless steel single pulley comprises the following key components:
Sheave (Wheel): A grooved wheel around which the rope or cable travels. The groove profile is designed to match specific rope or cable diameters, ensuring proper alignment and minimizing wear.
Axle/Bolt: The central shaft around which the sheave rotates. It is typically fitted with bushings or bearings to ensure smooth operation.
Side Plates: The frame structure that secures the sheave and axle. In
